EZTech is wholly owned by Sparus, a holding company that also includes Southern Cross Corp and The Spear Group.  Headquartered just outside Atlanta, EZTech maintains sales and service operations around the country to serve its growing portfolio of electric and gas utility customers.

What began in 2003 as a proprietary payroll tool to manage surveyors has evolved into a sophisticated and powerful GPS-enabled remote data capture, reporting and management system used by electric and gas utilities. The rapid growth of mobile device technologies and the increasingly mobile nature of remote workers have combined to create a significant market opportunity for EZTech.
